I'm John Fox, a commercialization strategist, venture builder, and growth advisor with 25+ years of experience helping organizations transform emerging opportunities into products, services, and new ventures.
Throughout my career, I've worked at the intersection of technology, market shifts, customer needs, and commercialization. Whether supporting enterprise software growth, exploring blockchain-based traceability, launching new ventures, or helping organizations respond to regulatory change, my focus has remained the same:

My career didn't follow a traditional consulting path. I began as a software developer, moved into design and user experience, later into product strategy, growth, and commercialization. Along the way I worked with startups, founders, and global enterprises, learning firsthand that successful products require more than great technology—they require customers, adoption, and sustainable business models.
That cross-disciplinary background allows me to bridge conversations between technical teams, designers, marketers, executives, and customers while keeping commercial outcomes in focus.
